卸料閥是飼料機(jī)械上的重要部件，只有更好的保養(yǎng)才能更好的發(fā)揮其作用。那么應(yīng)該如何對(duì)卸料閥進(jìn)行保養(yǎng)呢？
1、卸料閥在出廠前以注足潤滑油與潤滑脂，在正常使用6個(gè)月后傳動(dòng)及軸承部位應(yīng)補(bǔ)充或是更換油脂,如果安裝環(huán)境是在溫度較高或是灰塵過多時(shí)應(yīng)縮短換油時(shí)間。

2、卸料閥適用于連續(xù)工作允許反正運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，在運(yùn)行過程中如果出現(xiàn)沿軸向漏風(fēng)或是漏灰現(xiàn)象，可禁錮壓料蓋的螺絲或是從新更換石棉盤根后在壓緊料蓋即可。

4、各種型號(hào)卸料閥的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)都相同,拆裝順序與裝配工藝也基本相同，在運(yùn)輸卸料器過程中應(yīng)保持平穩(wěn)避免碰撞，造成殼體和電機(jī)的損壞。
