1、添加抗氧化物質(zhì)，如添加VA、VC、VE和硒等都會緩解霉菌毒素對細胞的作用。再就是可以添加蛋氨酸，肝臟解毒的基礎(chǔ)是谷胱甘肽，蛋氨酸是谷胱甘肽的主要成分。營養(yǎng)解毒法可起到一定的解毒效果，但能造成營養(yǎng)的不均衡。
