1、為避免機(jī)器在運(yùn)輸、裝卸等環(huán)節(jié)中出現(xiàn)意外，使用前必須檢查各部位螺栓、螺母是否松動，扁齒，圓齒，主軸螺母有無松動現(xiàn)象。用手轉(zhuǎn)動皮帶輪，檢查機(jī)器有無碰撞現(xiàn)象。

2、機(jī)器轉(zhuǎn)動是否靈活，機(jī)內(nèi)是否有雜物，開機(jī)空轉(zhuǎn)3分鐘，無異常現(xiàn)象，才能開始操作。

3、工作時一定要注意清除物料中的雜物，嚴(yán)禁鐵塊石頭等物進(jìn)入機(jī)器，以免損機(jī)傷人，接料布袋應(yīng)有4米以上長度，直徑0.6米，布料不能過密，使用中要及時出料，保證布袋有足夠的透氣性。
